Magnesia Carbon Brick

magnesia-carbon brick is basically refractory bricks and used mainly in steel making oxidation converters ( the largest user of refractory magnesia Is carbon composite refractories materials made of magnesium oxide materials and carbon materials.  Its main features are: good high temperature resistance, strong slag resistance, good thermal shock resistance, and low high temperature creep. Magnesia carbon brick effectively utilizes the strong slag erosion resistance of magnesia and the high thermal conductivity and low expansion of carbon, which compensates for the biggest disadvantage of poor spalling resistance of magnesia. It is mainly used for the lining and tapping port of steelmaking oxidation converter, the hot spot of high-power electric furnace wall, refining furnace lining, the slag line of steel barrel, etc.
