Alumina Ramming Mass contains high alumina level and widely used in industries like non ferrous and ferrous, line and patching material for holding ladles, iron and slag tapping fumace arch and roofs. Basic ramming mass contains high magnesia aggregates and widely used in induction and arc furnace etc.

 

Alumina Ramming Mass Characteristics:

Application:

Alumina ramming mass is usually used as tamping material for furnace body cooling equipment and stuffing material for masonry horizontal level making. Alumina ramming material is also used as inner lining to prevent slag erosion in metallurgy, building material industry, non-ferrous metal smelting industry, chemical industry, machinery industry and so on. For instance, applied in furnace tapping, ladle lining, tanking lining of coreless intermediate frequency furnace, channeled induction furnace, middle and small blast furnace to melt grey cast iron, modular cast iron, malleable cast iron, etc.
