High dispersion and good fluidity.Because hollow glass beads are tiny spheres, they have better fluidity than flakes, needles or irregular fillers in liquid resin, so the filling performance is excellent.More importantly, this kind of microsphere is isotropic, so it will not produce the disadvantage that the shrinkage rate of different parts is not consistent due to the orientation, which ensures the size stability of the product and will not warp.

Heat insulation, sound insulation, insulation, low water absorption.Hollow glass beads inside is thin gas, so it has the characteristics of sound insulation, heat insulation, is as a variety of heat preservation, sound insulation products excellent filler.The thermal insulation properties of hollow glass beads can also be used to protect the product from thermal shock caused by alternating changes between acute heat and acute cold conditions.High specific resistance and very low water absorption make it widely used in cable insulation material processing.

Low oil absorption rate.The particles of the sphere determine its minimum specific surface area and low oil absorption rate, the use of the process can greatly reduce the amount of resin, even in the premise of high amount of viscosity will not increase a lot, greatly improve the production operating conditions, can make the production efficiency increased by 10%~20%.

Glass beads are mainly used in the rust removal of aerospace machinery, the night reflection of zebra crossings, no-stop lines, double yellow lines on urban traffic roads, and the night reflection device of traffic signs.
