1. Light and heavy Kilns of Light Magnesium Oxide and Dead burnt Magnesite shall be shut down for maintenance;

2. Enterprises in crushing,ball pressing and other industries carry out shut down maintenance;

3. The electric melting magnesium furnace for preheating and heating adopts the minimum production,production of other fused magnesium;

4. The production of tunnel kiln and drying kiln shall be limited the proportion of emission reduction is more than 30%;

5. Enterprises in other industries implement production restriction,the proportion of emission reduction is more than 30%;

When the daily average concentration of particulate matter in our city is predicted to exceed 71microgram/cubic meter according to the weather,the environmental protection department discussed the results,start emergency measures,all production control enterprises shall stop production for maintenance,at that time,the relevant municipal departments will start the inspection work together,enterprises that fail to comply with the regulations will be dealt with seriously,it is hoped that all enterprises will make a plan to stop the production and limit maintenance in advance,avoid unnecessary economic losses.
